Shipping rates, delivery options and estimated delivery timeframes are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the products ordered and delivery destination.
Some products may be manufactured or prepared to order before dispatch. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided in good faith and may vary due to production schedules, freight transit times, customs processing, carrier availability or other circumstances outside Ubloc’s control.
Delivery
Orders are delivered using a combination of freight and parcel carriers depending on the size, weight and destination of the shipment.
Available delivery services may vary between products and locations.
Where offered, premium delivery services may include additional handling or placement options. Availability will be confirmed before dispatch where applicable.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is complete and accurate before placing an order.
Ubloc is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, redelivery charges or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
Receiving Your Order
Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been damaged during transit, please notify Ubloc within 24 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the product and its packaging.
Failure to report transit damage within a reasonable period may affect our ability to investigate or submit claims with the freight carrier.
Access & Delivery Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the delivery location.
Standard delivery includes delivery to the nominated address only unless otherwise stated.
Where unloading assistance, placement, stairs, restricted access, lifting equipment or specialized handling is required, additional charges may apply or alternative delivery arrangements may be necessary.
If delivery cannot be completed because access requirements were not disclosed before dispatch, additional transport, storage or redelivery charges may apply.
Delivery Estimates
Any delivery dates or timeframes provided by Ubloc are estimates only.
While every reasonable effort is made to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, Ubloc is not liable for delays caused by manufacturing schedules, freight carriers, customs, weather events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
